Guest Services Representative

Flexible schedule must be able to work days, afternoons, nights, weekends and holidays.
Individual will provide assistance to guests in a professional and friendly manner. Responsibilities include check-in/check-out process, billing, checking registration cards for accuracy, reviewing occupancy daily, handling cash/credit/house-charge transactions answering phones in friendly/helpful manner and answering to guest needs/questions. Individual must have customer service experience, excellent communication skills in English. Must be at least 18 years of age and able to push, pull and/or lift at least 10 to 20 pounds. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
