Guest Services Supervisor

Responsible for maintaining room inventory, coordinating successful execution of room occupancy, ensuring service standards are maintained, coaching and training staff members, running/managing reports, reviewing group resumes, checking registration cards, posting charges, and performing walk through inspections when needed. Other duties as assigned Must articulate both verbally and in writing, possess ability to prioritize, organize and follow through. Ability to multi task and create employee schedules. AA/BA degree preferred. Ability to use computers a must. Minimum of 1 years of experience in a in a Guest Services/Reservation position desired. Must be able to push, pull and/or lift at least 30 to 50 pounds and be able to communicate in English. Must possess valid driver license with good driving record. Position has a flexible full time schedule, AM/PM schedule, including weekends and holidays.
