Individual responsible for handling reservations via telephone and in person. Provide customer assistance with rates and hotel/property information. Additional duties include data entry, daily arrival reports and posting of cash deposits. Computer literate and data entry experience preferred. Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus. Individual must have customer service experience and excellent communication skills. Must be at least 18 years of age, able to communicate fluently in English and able to push, pull and/or lift at least 10 to 20 pounds. Part-time schedule; flexible AM/PM shifts including weekends.
