Responsible for growing and managing tennis lessons and revenue, tennis programs/league, camp and tennis membership. Member services to include member feedback, planning events, holding Club Championships, advertising and marketing programs, and networking. Daily court maintenance and inspections, purchasing and requesting repairs as needed. Will conduct tennis lessons and clinics for members and non-members. Responsible for tennis P&L, supervising and hiring staff for lessons and camp. Must be able to keep up to date with industry developments, and account for the program’s budgetary goals on a monthly basis. Other responsibilities as needed. Must be able to pull, push and/or lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors. Must possess tennis teaching certification, a minimum of 2 years of experience directing tennis operations, and be alert, accurate, precise; physically active; must possess ability to work with numbers. Must be able to communicate very well verbally and in writing and possess great interpersonal skills with the ability to lead/develop and work with various age groups. Must be organized and detail oriented and possess ability to work with computer programs (i.e. Microsoft office).
